With 20 years of sales and international distribution experience in Europe, Asia and North America Jérôme comes with a lot of experience in brand management and distribution. He experienced the challenges of handling and expanding a brand from a no-name to a market leader - growing online sales without hurting but improving offline sales, making it a successful mix for the company.
Former head of EMEA for an FMCG brand in consumer electronics, Jérôme now specialises in helping global brands grow their brand and sales on and through Amazon. He most enjoys most working with brands on their strategy to generate success on Amazon, on how to foster agility to be able to tackle the everyday challenges you get with Amazon. Today he helps major multinational brands on their approach on Amazon bringing clarity to management teams and focus to operation teams. 

Sarra Maatallah

Sarra is an Amazon expert and consultant who helps her clients grow their businesses online.
With a business management background, and solid experience in supporting eCommerce Amazon businesses, Sarra is calm, organised, and driven to effectively manage the accounts she is in charge of. Sarra has held many positions as a trusted Amazon brand manager and consultant, and has worked with many well-known brands from different business sectors.
Sarra helps her clients build a solid strategy to grow their brands and lift-up sales by covering all imaginable aspects of Vendor and/or Seller accounts, from creating and optimising advertising campaigns and promotions, to fixing catalogues and listings, and even building a customised brand store that reflects the brand and its values and increases brand awareness.
Sarra is fluent in English and French, and is learning German.
In her free time, Sarra enjoys making small trips and discovering new regions and towns. She finds solace in ancient medieval and gothic cities and castles, surrounded by nature and hiking paths. When she’s not outside, Sarra loves to be surrounded by music and making creative DIY crafts.

Alvaro is our Business Development Manager and a trusted Amazon Consultant. He focuses on generating our best potential partners, defining what services are best suited to their business. Alvaro also consults brands of all sizes on how to maximize Amazon presence..
Alvaro has worked with reputable Amazon consulting groups, including Nozani and Buy Box Experts, and has successfully launched his own Private Label Brand on Amazon. Alvaro helps Amazon Sellers and Vendors secure a long-term strategy that suits their budget and goals. You can expect a warm smile, 100% transparency, and simplified solutions when working with him.
Alvaro is a dog-lover, Latin food enthusiast, and a huge Baltimore Orioles fan. He can speak both English and Spanish, and is proficient in German.

Christel has over 20 years of experience gained internationally with various retail and fast-moving-product sectors, as a brand manager and commercial director. She is now Business Development Executive at e-Comas, having decided to focus on eCommerce.
Understanding customers' needs in sales and marketing, she generates results with a positive work ethic and the energy and desire to continually help brands to build on success.
Christel likes to start the day with yoga and nice music. In her free time she loves travelling and discovering new culture.
She speaks French and English.

Tomas Nehera

As a former Amazonian team leader, Tomas is passionate about process improvements and getting work done. His 10 years of experience include managing global operations within corporate environments, cutting off wastes using the Lean Six Sigma approach, and launching new teams across sites. He's passionate about improving seller and customer experience, while looking to enable growth further, and his role at e-Comas includes applying some of the tweaks he learned in his previous role at TiVo Corp.
A car enthusiast, when he's not busy with work he digs around cars, enjoys motorsport, and takes photos (ideally) on the road while he travels.

Christian Fischer

Christian is an Ex-Amazonian, a past PAN-EU Vendor Manager and Manager of the Amazon Vendor Services Team. He has successfully managed multi-million-dollar companies and helped them grow 100%+ year-on-year, and he has unique experience and insights on Amazon, with an impressive track record of helping Sellers and Vendors of all sizes and types decide on a strategy that's right for them. Customer satisfaction is key, and he will do what it takes to grow customers' business.
His expert knowledge includes Dropship, Marketing, AMS, Catalogue and SEO, and he speaks German, Russian, and English. He's also a passionate tennis player – a former professional, in fact – and a football fanatic.

Oscar is an eCommerce expert and product manager who helps businesses grow their online platform. He has significant experience working with technology and global business operations, with his key focus on stakeholders, vendor management and client delivery.
Over the last nine years he has worked with Tesco, GoldmanSachs and Citibank in various functional roles involving business analysis, process enhancements/Improvements, content management and product management. A team player, he is focused on helping the team deliver quality results for e-Comas customers.
He loves to travel, plays football and basketball, and dabbles with DIY in his spare time.

Seval Andıç

Seval is an ex-Amazonian project manager who uniquely combines localisation, content marketing and e-commerce management in her background.
As a proud former member of the Amazon EU expansion team that successfully launched a new marketplace in 2018, she has built her career on her passion to treat every day like 'Day One', and keep growing along with her clients. She supports Amazon Vendors and Sellers to build a solid marketing strategy that will make them continuously develop by taking care of all aspects throughout the entire eCommerce journey, from cataloguing to content optimisation and advertising.
When she’s not busy in the nooks and crannies of Seller/Vendor Central, you're likely to see her spinning a progressive rock vinyl, trying a new vegan recipe or playing board games at home. She speaks Turkish, German and English.

Richard Ravichandar

Richard is an ex-Amazonian with great interest in helping brands grow their business on Amazon. He was a core member of the Amazon India SMB pilot project. With 11 years of experience in eCommerce, he has a deep understanding about SEO and digital marketing, and frames strategies to grow businesses online. With great leadership and project management skills, Richard ensures his clients are thoroughly satisfied with his relentless effort.
Among his many talents, Richard is a professional singer and musician. With a flair for languages, he's a real team player, a 'people person' as well as a nature lover.

Yann Randrianasolo

Trained in International trade, Yann has been helping brands grow and develop on Amazon for 5 years. From managing advertising campaigns to fixing listing issues, Yann knows the ins and out of the trade like clockwork.
Always striving to find creative and effective ways to solve problems, Yann has various tricks up his sleeve - which often come in handy when working on Amazon. These include video editing and advanced spreadsheet skills.
Yann can speak French and English, and is interested in improving his rudimentary Spanish. When he’s not busy on Amazon, Yann enjoys solving Rubik’s cubes, lifting heavy objects, and playing guitar.

Antonio has accumulated two years of experience helping brands grow on Amazon, as a Digital Content Editor and Project Manager. As a translator, he understands the importance of selecting the right words at the right moment (a critical factor in SEO), which makes him a content optimisation enthusiast.
When he is not criticising A+ pages, he loves playing videogames, goalkeeping in his football team, and mountain biking. He speaks fluent Spanish and English, some German which he is improving, and has just started with French.

Raichel Ranjan

Raichel worked with Amazon for eight years in Compliance Operations. She has been a subject matter expert and a process trainer for the new hires, plus she has onboarded new projects and implemented cross training modules. Patient, organised, and with a great interest in training and sharing experiences, Raichel likes to meet and interact with new people and maintain long-term relationships.
Raichel is a professional singer and enjoys baking cakes.

Carlos is an economist who spent the first four years of his career in trade marketing, category management and brand management positions in the FMCG sector.
In the last few years he has been fully dedicated to helping companies win on Amazon by planning and managing their catalogues, promotions and advertising activities.
His interests include finance and investment; watching sports, including football, basketball and baseball; and salsa and merengue dancing. He speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese, and is currently learning German.

Jana Weber

Consulting with brains, empathy and passion for brands. After her studies at the University of Vienna, Jana started her career in Berlin's PR scene. In this environment she has not only worked with internationally renowned companies, but was able to take one thing with her: strategic and individually tailored consulting that leads to the highest customer satisfaction and brand growth. Jana is fluent in German, English and Russian and is currently learning French and Luxembourgish. In her free time, Jana enjoys practising creative writing, calligraphy and photography.

Before joining the great team at e-Comas, Charlène worked for two years as a Content Specialist & Project Manager in an eCommerce agency helping brands to expand their business on Amazon. She has worked with many well-known brands in various sectors.
She supports her clients to build a solid strategy in order to grow their brand and sales on Amazon by covering all the important steps of the process, from listing to content optimisation and advertising.
In addition to enjoying life surrounded by her loved ones (including her dog), Charlène is a food lover who loves travelling and discovering new cultures. She is fluent in French and English, with some knowledge of Dutch and Spanish.

Claudiu Clement

Claudiu's passion for business can be traced back to his early childhood when he managed to sell the toys his mother bought for him back to her – more than once. Claudiu is a management consultant with a background in entrepreneurship and quantitative finance, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Statistics. Before joining e-Comas, he had his own online business and worked at international management consulting boutiques.
When not talking with clients or doing some math stuff, he loves mountain biking, boxing and getting stamps on his passport.

With 8 years of experience working in customer service support, Misa comes with solid knowledge of how to keep a high level of customer satisfaction. She has been supporting many brands in growing their e-business, and the back-end of Amazon is no secret to her.
Misa’s prefered tasks include dealing with people, supporting and enabling teams, and making other’s lives easier.
In her leisure time, Misa practices volley-ball in nothing less than the national team - which speaks volumes of her sense of challenge. Being full of energy, she still has time to be a super-mum to her two lovely boys.

She is passionate about event organisation in her spare time, and has a growing interest in fish farming.

Zoë Mondloch is a graphic designer based in Luxembourg.
In 2010, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Akadamie für Kommunikationswissenschaft in Cologne, Germany.
After her studies, she worked in coordination and production for magazines like Archiduc and Delano and many other productions at Maison Moderne for nearly five years before focusing on graphic design.
Contrarily to writing about herself in third person, Zoë enjoys long runs and has a deep love for japanese food.

A journalist by trade, Jess has a first class degree in Journalism from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK.
She spent the first 10 years of her career working on trade magazines for the coach and bus industry, becoming editor of a leading UK title for group tourism professionals. It was more exciting than it sounds – she got to travel a lot in Britain, and even made it to Holland for an afternoon.
Her passions include books, the seaside, architecture and ocean liners. She is great at English, terrible at French and German.
